We are fast evolving to become Australia’s premier commissioning completions group.

For almost two decades under the banner of Powertech our team of technicians, engineers and managers have gathered extensive experience from successfully overcoming technical challenges across a wide range of industries. As a result, Powertech now re-branded as the Present Group has consistently secured a competitive advantage based on merit and the capacity to encourage our valued personnel to both lead and innovate.

Areas of expertise

In line with our stated purpose of becoming the ONE commissioning completions group, Powertech has been recently transformed into a new differentiated entity known as the Present Group. The Present Group encompasses four additional complimentary areas of expertise – Consulting, Resourcing, Services and Facilities.

‘Powertech Services’ – provide world class technical specialists across all engineering disciplines within the Energy and Resource sectors to major projects within Australia and overseas. We pride ourselves in ensuring our Clients get optimal advice, service and support in commissioning, testing, start up, maintenance and operations.

‘Octave’ Consulting – focuses on providing complete solutions to the most complex and costly asset problems, utilising its tools and expertise to ensure that projects deliver assets to ‘name plate’ performance on time and within budget.

‘Seamless’ Resourcing – provides large and small multi-disciplined teams tailored to Client needs to assist with onsite testing, commissioning, validation, verification, audit and hazard assessment. Our Seamless teams comprise highly motivated and skilled individuals, who are able to rapidly mobilise to deliver the most optimal and efficient outcomes for all our Clients.

‘Precise’ Facilities – providing sales, calibration and specialist support via an efficient national network of branches resulting in unrivalled experience and service in the sale, rental and management of specialist technical equipment.

Today, our philosophy is based on the firm belief that knowledge must be conserved and shared throughout any project we undertake.
