Design and construct, turnkey products and mechanical service installation to specified designs can be undertaken to a contract value of approximately $30 million. We are looking for experienced HVAC Project Managers to join our well-established, dynamic team in Sydney. These roles are pivotal in managing projects and supporting Crest in providing the highest quality service to our clients. About the Roles: Due to successful tendering and a strong pipeline of projects we are looking for talented, proven HVAC Project Managers to join a well-established, dynamic team. Reporting to the Light Commercial Construction Manager, you will manage projects up to $1.5 million Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage large scale, high profile projects from $1.5 million up to $20 million. What will I be doing: To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the HVAC market: Delivering projects on time and within budget Detailed project programming and control and managing project progress and performance Variation and contract negotiations Managing financials across the projects, budgeting and forecasts Design Management Liaising with Principle Contractors and Builders Managing onsite subcontractors, trades and labour requirements Managing defect rectification Providing support for site team in resolving issues associated with the project Mentoring and coaching Junior Project Managers and Site Supervisors Establishing and ensuring compliance with all relevant WHS requirements About You: Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC Construction Project Management or a Bachelor of Construction or Equivalent Project management skills with experience in handling competing priorities utilising outstanding organisational and planning ability Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with and engage/influence key stakeholders Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels Experience in providing direction, feedback and coaching to a team Ability to analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information to provide innovative solutions Ability to manage and oversee a wide range of projects and to adapt to unique and challenging environments A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results What’s in it for you?
