General Manager Projects
As General Manager Projects you will be further building an efficient and profitable Projects division.
Your role will be to oversee the flexible delivery of high-technology, design, fabrication, project delivery and commissioning functions. The production function is operated under tight deadlines for purpose built plant supplied to a range of national and international clients.
You will have a proven history in negotiating and delivering commercial contracts and variations as well as maintaining quality client relationships. Your track record will also highlight your ability to develop a high performance culture which fits well within the rest of the organisation. You will be highly competent at working within cost constraints and to strict commercial terms, whilst managing multiple regions and teams of people. Your experience will include significant exposure to project based manufacturing and construction
An understanding of commercial law, engineering qualifications and a post graduate business degree are requirements of this role. A water background or senior experience in large civil projects will be advantageous but is not essential.
General Manager Operations
As General Manager Operations you will be responsible for building and developing a profitable and customer focused world class business. The ability to run efficient operations and maintenance of critical assets to achieve high availability and reliability and support the broader business strategies will determine success.
