An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Rail Electrification Engineer with a major transport organisation in Sydney. You will have a proven electrification system design background on major rail projects.

Duties include:
  • Providing technical advice on electrification design and construction
  • Assessment of tender bids and award
  • Programme Implementation
  • Supervision of design, construction and commissioning phases
  • Liaison between stakeholders, consultants and contractors
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years Rail Electrification experience
  • Experience managing large scale infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of rail electrifications system design
  • Experience with Australian Construction Codes and Practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
The successful applicant will ideally hold project management skills and experience. Candidates who do not meet all the requirements but have strong rail electrification experience are encouraged to apply.
