As part of the Senior Management team you will be responsible for the following:
• Manage Laboratory Operations and planning
• Ensure delivery of excellent and timely service
• Management of quality systems
• Execution of management plans within time frames
• Management of staff conflict and development
• Produce and report on Laboratory statistics
• Conduct NATA assessments and internal audits
• Lead and manager a Team of 8 - 10 which include specialty Leaders, stores, cleaning, and medical typing teams
• Contribute towards OH&S systems, and HR policies
The role comes with a salary in excess of $125K and is flexible depending on the candidate. You will have the ability to manage your career at the pace and pathways you want.
You will also need the following:
• A Medical Science qualification
• Financial acumen and strong computer skills
• Knowledge of Medicare Australia
• National Association of Testing authorities and Quality system knowledge
