The Faculty of Sciences, Engineering & Health is responsible for full time, part-time and flexible mode teaching programs, scholarship/research programs and consulting activities in:
• sciences - biomedical, biological, chemical, environmental, physics, psychology and sociology
• engineering – building construction, building design, building surveying, civil, electrical, maintenance, mechanical, mining, power, process and railway
• health - clinical, health promotion, human movement sciences, maternity services, midwifery, nursing, occupational health & safety, social work and welfare studies

As leaders in delivering flexible tertiary education we are calling for Expressions of Interest from all interested Mining and Minerals Processing Engineers, preferably with experience in the coal industry, however this is not essential.

Flexible working arrangements may be offered with the possibility of shared appointments and the ability to negotiate arrangements which give opportunity to maintain technical competence through external consultancies or similar arrangements.

Rockhampton Regional Development represents a region in Central Queensland, Australia covering a total area of 18,356 km² and accounts for 1.1% of the state.
