The Faculty of Sciences, Engineering & Health is responsible for full time, part-time and flexible mode teaching programs, scholarship/research programs and consulting activities in:
• sciences - biomedical, biological, chemical, environmental, physics, psychology and sociology
• engineering – building construction, building design, building surveying, civil, electrical, maintenance, mechanical, mining, power, process and railway
• health - clinical, health promotion, human movement sciences, maternity services, midwifery, nursing, occupational health & safety, social work and welfare studies

The Faculty is seeking to employ a Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering, who will contribute to teaching & learning, research & innovation, governance and professional activities in the field of Electrical Engineering.  The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to undergraduate teaching in a variety of electrical discipline areas including power and control, electronics and communication. We are looking for a person who demonstrates the ability to engage with industry and community partners and stakeholders. A research background or industry experience in power and control would be an advantage.
Applicants must address the selection criteria and clearly indicate the level being addressed. Appointment will be made at either level C or level D depending on applicant's qualifications and relevant academic and/or industry experience.
