The successful candidates must:

    * Be eligible for registration with the Nurses Board of Victoria
    * Demonstrate skill and knowledge in Adult Psychiatric Nursing
    * Demonstrate knowledge and application of the Mental Health Act
    * Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
