In order to be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
 

• Extensive experience in maritime civil and structural engineering design for the application of steel, concrete and other materials in the marine environment.
• Project Management experience on Maritime Civil and Structural projects
• The ability to produce high calibre and well articulated technical reports
• A strong focus on client interface and the ability to build rapport and long term relationships
• Availability to travel overseas and interstate when required
• A high level of tenacity and versatility is required as well as the acknowledgement that there may be times when you may need to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty
