Our people are the key to the success of Monadelphous.  Due to the long term success and growth of the business, our Engineering Construction Division currently has exciting opportunities available for experienced, highly motivated Senior Project
Engineers to work on projects within the Energy, Oil and Gas, and Resource sectors across Australia.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in ensuring the project planning is safe, logical, practical and realistic and provide technical support to the construction team as and when needed.

Other key responsibilities of the role include:

•   Providing cost management and reporting (including variation management);

•   Managing the QA/QC for the project along with the QA/QC Coordinator;

•   Interfacing with the clients on any technical queries;

•   Managing the Subcontractors; and

•   Providing guidance and mentoring to the Project Engineers.

What you can bring to the role:

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience within a materials handling, mineral processing or oil and gas construction environment. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and sound computer literacy, along with a willingness to work on a variety of projects and tasks, are paramount to your success.  A high level of attention to detail and a desire to progress into a project management position will be advantageous.
