Our people are the key to the success of Monadelphous. Due to the long term success and growth across the business, our Engineering Construction Division is seeking several experienced, highly motivated Project Managers to work on some of Australia’s largest resource projects.
If you are an experienced professional with multi-disciplinary engineering skills and the ability to provide first class service and solutions to our customers and manage various projects, we want to hear from you.
These positions are located throughout Queensland and Western Australia.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
• A proven capability managing materials handling, minerals processing or oil and gas projects, incorporating tender estimating, preparation and evaluation, and subcontractor management;
• Well developed communication skills with experience in people management, OH&S management, and quality management; and
• Previous experience within the Engineering contracting sector of the Resources, Energy or Infrastructure Industry.
Ideally you will have substantial experience in a similar role managing multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of large construction projects. Well-developed leadership skills and strong business acumen, along with tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline will be advantageous.
