Due to our continued development, we are looking for a Design Manager to lead and develop our emerging Rail business, working from our South Melbourne office in Victoria, Australia.
About the role
- Design and delivery management across a range of signalling and track projects
- Client development & liaison
- Participation in the tendering process
- Design team leadership
- Mentoring and development of emerging talent
About you
- Degree qualified in engineering or equivalent
- Strong background working in a design based role in a rail environment
- Ability to use integrated design software packages
- High levels of initiative
- Self-starter
- Consultative
