Associate Directors - Transport (Highways/Structures/Rail/Air/Transport Planning)

We are seeking leaders in the Transport infrastructure field with experience in full project lifecycles, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and facilitating business growth through project wins.  Commercially astute with a solid background in client facing roles, we are looking for people that consistently deliver quality.

Qualifications / Skills and Experience required:

• A tertiary qualification ideally in engineering
• 15+ years experience in a similar role
• Facilitating cross selling, particularly with other business lines
• Development and building of key client relationships in the Transport market sector
• Development, implementation and review of business targets at regional level
• Tracking of bids and opportunities in conjunction with the regional teams
• Working with the regional teams to ensure resource strategies are in place to support the strategic growth plans
