You would need to be:
 
  • Degree qualified
  • 6-10 years experience with solid exploration background
  • Able to organise and manage people and be willing to learn and grow in a senior role
  • Experienced in gold/base metal deposits
 
This company will provide you with strong financial, technical and logistical support to enable you to achieve company mining objectives, within a structure which promotes your professional development and career ambitions.
 
Whilst you are coordinating and managing the daily geological activities you would also have the initiative to be proactive in environmental and continuous improvement activities.
 
Being a good decision maker, able to assess problems quickly and accurately and able to formulate comprehensive action plans would make you an ideal fit for this position.
