- Honeywell has a presence on high-profile sites through the Brisbane region including casinos, hospitals, museums and art galleries, airports, both commerical and domestic highrise buildings.
- Sound knowledge of maintaining and servicing HVAC equipment;
- Experience with mechanical control systems;
- Commitment to a team based approach for the operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC assets;
- Experience in the service and repair of air conditioning equipment and central plant;
- Electrical fault finding and repairs;
- A passion for producing exceptional customer service;
- Communication skills beyond the norm;
- The ability to thrive in a high pressure environment;
- A track record of success when working in a team.
- Must have relevant trades certificate or higher
- Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in a vast array of both Honeywell and Third party equipment on a broad range of commerical, government and cultural buildings.
