Triconex System Project Engineering
As a Senior Safety Systems Engineer with Honeywell Process Solutions you will be expected to Interact with Honeywell customers to determine their requirements and ensure a smooth and successful final implementation. You will be confident in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), System Pre-commissioning and Commissioning through to on site stage in order to deliver project outcomes.
To be successful in the Senior Safety Systems Engineer position you will be a pro-active and customer focused professional with exceptional communication and man-management team building skills. You will have well developed analytical skills and a strong attention to detail work ethic gained through extensive project experience.
Your major responsibilities will be:
· Liaise with clients and the control of technical discussion meetings.
· Leadership of control system design teams.
· Lead and assist in the design of system hardware; including cabinets, power distribution, marshalling configuration, IO database manipulation, power estimate calculations, CAD documentation and ordering systems based on client specifications and design criteria inputs.
· Production of software design specifications based on system design inputs.
· Software coding, validation and verification.
· Writing and review of engineering procedures / specifications.
· Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and Commissioning of systems with clients, end users and interfacing system engineers.
Qualifications:
Exposure to and experience with Tricon / Trident Systems and/or Honeywell FSC / Safety Manager Systems
Emergency Shutdown
Fire and Gas
Burner Management
Prepared to work on site during commissioning phase of projects.
