Providing Design and Project Management consultancy services to a wide variety of industry sectors and projects, this organisation as a global reputation as an industry leader. The ramp up on one of their most significant projects has created an opportunity for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join the business, initially on a contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating ISA-based data sheets, selecting instruments, control valve sizing and selection, hook up drawings and specifications; design of control panels, junction boxes, power distribution boards and all related termination and loop diagrams.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, and must be fully versed in the development of P&IDs and familiar with programmable electronic systems. Some experience in Electrical (LV) design and Hazardous area design is desirable.
