As a result of this focus and some significant project wins, a new position has been created for an experienced Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects, including solar-thermal, geo-thermal, biomass and biogas.
You will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical design, as well as assisting in the preparation of bids and tenders, managing and delivering projects and identifying new market opportunities.
The successful applicant will be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Mechanical Design for industrial applications. Experience in the design of turbines (steam and/or gas) and gas engines, along with the associated systems is essential, as is experience with co-generation plant and a strong understanding of chemical processes in power generation. Any experience with Biogas or Bio-digester systems will be highly regarded, as will you experience within an EPCM environment.
