As a result of continued success and project wins, a new role has been created for a Senior Piping Engineer within this multi-national consulting firm.
Working as part of a project team, you will be responsible for design development, sizing, selection, and/or mechanical design and pipe stress analysis of piping systems for a variety of projects across the oil and gas, mining, water, chemical and manufacturing sectors. The role will also include undertaking design studies and technical investigations on existing plant, preparing enquiries and technical documentation for evaluation of equipment manufacture and engineering support for tendering, construction, manufacture and site commissioning activities.
The successful applicant will be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role. Experience with heavy industrial projects is essential, as is expert ability with PDMS. Exposure to a consulting environement is highly desirable.
