We are looking for a Principal Estimator , who will be responsible for the preparation or supervising the preparation of defined project estimating documents and data .

You know the drill but primarily your responsibilities will be :

  • Document review within budget requirements
  • Budget preparation & production as per scope requirements
  • Amend reviews as required
  • QA and compliance reviews
  • Preparation of t/off estimates using determined logic methodology
  • Comparison of scope of works vs actual etc.

    Would be great if you have some of the following :

  • Good knowledge of construction materials, means and methods.
  • Experienced in the use of relative estimating data.
  • Knowledge of estimating software
  • Good interpersonal & communication

    At least 10 years experience needed for this great role .
