The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager, you will lead a cross functional team and work as a key strategic partner within a business striving for operational and safety excellence and the achievement of a multi-billion dollar program of work.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll enable the achievement of strategic objectives by developing the key technical training facility into a 'Centre of Excellence', embedding safety and health initiatives into operational teams and implementing a quality framework which sets the standards for technical work practices. You’ll drive continuous improvement and coordinate statutory, regulatory and environmental compliance across the division.

You’re Experience
Degree qualified with significant experience in a Senior Management role with considerable change and risk management experience. You’ll also possess an indepth knowledge and experience of design and introduction of quality systems and of creating effective occupational health and safety culture and compliant practice.
