Constructive Recruitment is working with one of Western Australia’s most promising mid tier gold companies. With a clearly defined plan and production due to start in the near future, this is an exciting time to join this expanding company.
Reporting to the Geology Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all mine geology functions of 3 separate mine sites. With the sites coming online in a staggered fashion, your task will be to ensure each site is resourced and managed effectively prior to and during production. This is a refreshing challenge with a forward thinking company, offering you the opportunity to build, train and mentor your own mine geology team.
To be considered for this position you will require tertiary qualifications as a geologist along with 10+ years experience in mine geology, preferably within an underground environment. You will possess proven leadership skills along with excellent interpersonal and management capabilities.
An excellent salary package will be awarded to the successful candidate including bonus scheme and generous share options.
