Position: Mining, Drill and Blast Engineering

We need you to initially focus on providing support to the operating and technical teams through :
• Co-ordination of production drill & blast function in liaison with geotechs
• Detail stope design, drilling, blasting & sequencing
• Blast design of larger and complicated stope firing
• Stope re-inforcement design and stability assessment
• Explosives management
We'd expect you to have a mining degree with at least 2 - 3 years experience in an underground operation and the preference would be to have completed your underground time, but if not, we can work it into your professional development plan.
