While some Sydney based construction companies are predicting a tough year ahead with the current global economic decline effecting the industry, our client is continuing to experience growth and prosperity with a number of prestigious projects successfully tendered for.
Due to this success they are in need of a skilled Contract Administrator to work on challenging and varied commercial fit-out Sydney based projects.
To be considered for this on-going permanent role you will have:
- Relevant contract administration experience
- A keen eye for detail
- A commercial construction background (ideally on corporate interiors)
- Outstanding communication skills
If successful you will be asked to:
- Conduct variations and job costing
- Prepare price reviews and cash flow projections
- Put contracts together
- Work with the client on site
