The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land development, urban renewal and general civil infrastructure business. This will include responsibility for developing new business, managing projects, leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring successful execution of projects and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with clients,
• Makes decisions on engineering problems and methods,
• Demonstrates creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgement,
• Provides technical guidance to designers/engineers
Requirements
The qualifications and experience for the position include the following:
• CIVIL ENGINEERing degree
• Certification as a chartered professional engineer is preferred
• A minimum of 10 years experience; a substantial proportion of which must have included responsibility for CIVIL ENGINEERing design associated with land development and urban renewal projects.
