The main objective of this role is to undertake continuous improvement of short term planning systems and scheduling.
Reviewing stability, monitoring results and advising operations team with respect to safety. Designing, coordinating and communicating of blasting plans, as well as interface between the development and technical teams.
The position requires a degree qualified mining engineer who has at least 2-3 yrs experience. Drill and blast experience will be highly regarded. Additionally, exposure to Surpac, will be a bonus. Training will be given to enthusiastic achievers interested in increasing their skills
