This is definitely a role that would interest a young Process/Chemical or Metallurgical Engineer with around 2 - 5 years experience that is looking to be challenged on a daily basis both personally (building those all important interpersonal and communication skills) and professionally (troubleshooting and advising on a technically difficult plant).
The position reports to the Senior Process Engineer and he is after someone who is not afraid to get involved and provide technical support to the production teams as well as drive the Business and Continuous Improvement initiatives through the plant. The schedule is tight and having the ability to prioritise and identifying where best to use the resources available will limit inefficiencies and downtime in a difficult plant.
