Due to the long term success and growth within our Engineering Construction Division, we currently have exciting opportunities available for experienced, motivated Senior Project Engineers to work on BIG projects with a company that is breaking new ground and entering a new era.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Ensuring the project planning is safe, logical, practical and realistic;
• Providing cost management and reporting (including variation management);
• Providing technical support to the construction teams;
• Manage the QA/QC for the project;
• Subcontractor management; and
• Providing guidance and mentoring to less senior Project Engineers.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience within a materials handling or mineral processing environment. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and sound computer literacy, along with willingness to work on a variety of projects and tasks are paramount to your success in this role. A high level of attention to detail and a desire to progress into a project management position will be advantageous to your success.
