Monadelphous is at the forefront of the current resource sector boom providing engineering construction and maintenance services to key resource sector companies. We currently have vacancies available within our Engineering Construction Division for experienced, motivated Project Engineers, to work on exciting projects with a company that is breaking new ground and entering a new era.
Reporting to the Project or Construction Manager, these positions are responsible for assisting in the successful execution of large scale capital projects across Australia. Utilising your knowledge and experience within the resources, engineering or construction industry, you will provide support and technical advice to other team members involved on the project(s).
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Ensuring the project planning is safe, logical, practical and realistic;
• Coordinating procurement of materials;
• Providing technical support to the construction teams;
• Involvement in contract administration; and
• Subcontractor management.
These roles require you to have:
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
• Sound computer literacy;
• A desire to work on a variety of projects and tasks;
• A willingness to work on a remote site;
• A high level of attention to detail; and
• Demonstrated initiative and drive.
