Since the company's beginnings in the late 1980's, this group has repeatedly delivered a large number of successful projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast for both public and private sector clients. Recently, this group has won a number of major contracts in the Southeast Queensland region and as a result, a position has been created for an experienced Contract Administrator with a solid commercial background to join their Brisbane operations.
In this role you will be responsible for all of the project contract activity from concept to completion including program and subcontract management and negotiations. You will also be directing and administrating all the onsite and offsite construction teams in accordance with the project management protocol.
To suit this role, you will possess relevant hands on experience in commercial projects as a Quantity Surveyor. It is preferred that you will be tertiary qualified in the field of quantity surveying or construction management. Finally, it is essential that you have effective communication skills as well as outstanding time management and organisational skills.
You will be a senior member of the project team and therefore will have a significant contribution to the project and its overall outcome.
