- Suit seasoned maintenance/reliability engineering professional with short term aspirations of a managers role.
- Either from a mechanical or electrical engineering background, you results will be measured in tens of $millions.
- Must fully comfortable in managing senior engineers and personnel in the development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies such as RCM through methodologies such as RCA and 6 Sigma.
- You will be afforded the resources and budgets to make massive gains to total plant availability and reducing of maintenance costs.
- Recruitment, management and training of employees will be vital to getting the best out of your team.
