'Great role for an engineer with a solid couple of years planning experience wanting an autonomous role with a strong optimization / financial aspect. Pit optimization looking at current portfolio of pits under various gold prices, contractor supervision and management, scheduling, pit design, short and long term planning and EOM reporting.
With strong growth and development on this multi pit site your desire to move into a senior planning role with mentorship responsibilities will be set out within the next 12-18 months. Additional software training will be encouraged to keep you at the top of your game and set you up for future mentorship.
An international Gold miner paying well and topping this up with generous retention bonuses on a FIFO roster from Perth. A Perth based technical team, various Australian and International sites also provide many options for the future. Utilize your 2+ years planning experience ideally with Vulcan and Whittle software packages.
