- Improve the maintenance strategies using component life and reliability data.
- Manage maintenance costs to ensure compliance with 5yr plan.
- Review, identify and recommend rewards for team based on overall performance.
- Be instrumental in establishing and maintaining key client relationships with manufacturers and contractors.
- Identify and minimise risks and hazards for each project.
- Seek to improve overall efficiency of your section and the entire plant.
A completed Bachelor Degree, 10 years experience in the resources sector and a passion for implementing best practice methodologies you will be in a perfect role to take up this role. Our client is a well established international mining house that is known for its innovative mining methods and providing a healthy work / life balance through a very appealing FIFO or residential roster.
