'Reporting to the Production Engineering Superintendent this role will set the right engineer up for advancement within 6 -12 months given the rapid development on and around site. The main benefit to this role though is the mentorship gained through current senior engineers. With a well staffed large site comes the mentoring and training that cannot be had at most smaller sites.
• Short and medium term plans.
• Design of open pits, waste dumps and associated infrastructure.
• Drill & blast design and scheduling.
• Contractor management
• Provide support and planning for the mine production department
• At least 2+years experience.
• An unrestricted Quarry Manager's certificate would be nice
