Our client offers a wide range of professional services to clients, ranging from Development and Project Management consultancy through to general property and construction related advice. They have offices including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Perth and have worked on a number of different developments including: retail, residential, commercial & industrial. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Melbourne Office.
Reporting to the State Manager you will be the head of a team that will be delivering a very exciting, large scale project. The project is in the initial stages so you will be involved from the beginning, through design management and construction phases of the project.
To succeed in this role you will have:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
Tertiary qualifications in any building related industry are essential
Your experience will be combined with highly developed communication skills that will assist you in senior negotiations with clients, investors and authorities
Experience managing design teams
