Our client is a leading independent engineering construction business specialising in the design, procurement and construction of mineral resources and waste to-resources projects. The company has honed its technical and project management skills at the cutting edge of the international resource industry.
The role is Perth based, you are required to assist in providing consulting services to mining industry clients. Reporting to the Mining & Geology Manager, key responsibilities will include:
• Scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies
• Open pit and underground mine designs
• Audits and reviews
• Mine scheduling
• Capital and operating cost estimation
• Mining contracts
• Mining equipment selection.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 - 5 years general mining related experience. You must be team player, with a mature and confident manner and good interpersonal and communication skills.
