Reporting to the Superintendent of Resource Planning, this role will involve you completing all aspects collecting, compiling and analysing geotechnical and pit dewatering data, plus designing group support and monitoring wall support programs, including assisting with geotechnical projects as required.
What is needed for this position is for you to have at least 4-6 years previous experience as a Geotechnical Engineer within a mining environment as well as a relevant tertiary qualification. A strong commitment to safety is paramount and you must be able to demonstrate strong analytical, computer and communication skills.
