Areas of focus:
• Review all activities and processes in the Metallurgy department.
• Metallurgical accounting
• Mentoring of junior mets
• Troubleshooting
• Plant optimisation and maintaining recovery targets
You will need to be degree qualified in Chemical Metallurgical Engineering with at least 5 years plant experience.
Sound technical and leadership skills are required and the ability to communicate effectively is also essential to your application. Good computer literacy with relevant programs will be highly regarded.
