Think Purpose
As a key member of the KNR Business Development management team you will be responsible for the management of your team and the timely delivery of major projects with zero harm being the utmost priority, ensuring operational sustainability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Think Requirements
Firstly, you will have a solid understanding and extensive experience of engineering and maintenance practices in the minerals processing industry, coupled with a formal Engineering qualification. Your experience must include successful project delivery, managing a portfolio of capital projects and you will have gained recognition for achieving quality outcomes.
Possessing first-rate people skills you will be able to demonstrate that you are a capable coach and mentor, with the ability to build a strong support network of subject experts. You will be required to lead multi disciplined engineering teams and delegate tasks effectively, with the capacity to share your knowledge, and you’ll have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
