Assist in the technical & commercial growth of the environmental sciences business, with emphasis on groundwater modelling for contaminated sites and for assessment of water management for proposed mines, risk assessment and groundwater remediation.
As Senior Environmental Scientist you will be responsible for using groundwater modelling and hydrogeological assessment skills and experience to undertake ground-water related aspects of environmental impact assessment of other projects, particularly potential mines; leading small project teams to complete contaminated land investigation and remediation projects, with emphasis on groundwater assessment and remediation; and managing and supervising field investigations and fieldwork, including drilling, sampling, testing, borehole completion and testing.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5-7 years experience in site contamination investigation and remediation and groundwater contaminant fate and transport modelling. You will also possess sound project management, technical and communication skills.
