The Senior Structural Engineer will undertake the design management and design of a range of water related projects, with particular emphasis on treatment plants, valve chambers, odour and advanced water treatment plants, pipelines and mining infrastructure design in order to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Manage projects and undertake technical work associated with structural designs including water retaining structures, steelwork and buildings associated with water infrastructure;
Work within a multi-disciplinary team comprising hydraulics, hydrology, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, irrigation, rehabilitation, environmental and civil engineers and scientists;
Assist with preparation of tenders and proposals;
Requirements
10-15 years relevant experience (essential)
Reinforced concrete and structural steel experience (essential)
Water retaining structure experience (essential)
