URS has several positions available for Environmental Scientists / Planners to join the Environment Group. The ideal candidates will have up to five years experience in one or more of the following areas: impact assessment, preparation of approval documentation (EA's, EIS's, REF's, SEE's), statutory planning and development of Environmental Management Plans.
Responsibilities
o Environmental impact assessment
o Planning permit applications and planning scheme amendments
o Environmental management plans
Requirements
• Up to 5 years post-graduate consulting experience. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply
• Understanding of, and experience working within, QA systems and OH&S systems
• Project management experience (preferred)
