Position: Engineering, Electrical Engineering
URS is seeking electrical engineers to meet its increasing work load on challenging projects within civil-water and environmentally focused industry sectors.
In particular this role would see you involved in providing engineering consultancy services associated with the design and remediation of major roads, dams, tunnels, windfarms, irrigation systems, water treatment systems local government infrastructure, drainage works, and associated structures.
Your responsibilities:
Manage projects and undertake technical work associated with electrical engineering assets, including:
- investigation,
- feasibility studies,
- evaluation of options,
- detailed design,
- preparation of contracts and specifications, and
- technical support through the construction phase
Assistance with tenders and proposals
Staff development on projects and mentoring
You will possess:
10+ years in electrical engineering
Proficiency in site investigations organisation and completion.
Proficiency in geotechnical engineering analysis
