Position: Engineering, Water Engineering
Lead and direct engineering projects in order to deliver projects successfully, & be accountable for project planning & project direction, as well as project management & subcontractor management within the rapidly expanding water sector.
In this critical position you will be responsible for:
Undertaking business development and gaining repeat business from key water sector clients including accountability for new work, and increasing staff numbers.
Working with other groups within the Melbourne office to expand services to the water industry and engineering services to other sectors/ clients.
Coaching staff and being accountable for mentoring, performance management, teamwork and staff development in the WISER (Water, Irrigation, Stormwater, Ecology, Risk) work group staff in relation to engineering and consultant skills.
To be successful in this position you will possess a minimum of 20 years involvement of water infrastructure projects, have initiative, confidence in relating to top management, and willingness to add value to clients and knowledge of Project Management systems and methodologies.
