SENIOR UNDERGROUND SURVEYOR
This is your chance to join a large mining house and lay the foundations for a rewarding career.
Areas of focus:
§ Review all activities and processes in the surveying department and implementing changes necessary to ensure continuing compliance with government regulations and the timely delivery of site survey services.
§ Weekly departmental planning, management of departmental budget, approval of mining plans, auditing field works/ staff appraisals, and analyse Survey Control
You will need tertiary qualifications in Mine Surveying with at least 5 years underground experience in a similar senior role and a grade 1Mine Surveyor authorisation.
Sound technical and leadership skills are required and the ability to communicate effectively is also essential to your application. Good computer literacy with relevant programs will be highly regarded.

UNDERGROUND MINE SURVEYORS
We need a self motivated mine Surveyor with the drive to excel in a role that offers exceptional financial benefits and all on a great roster.
Reporting to the Senior Surveyor your responsibilities will include:
· Pickup and set out of all development
· End of month calculations and reconciliation
· Daily production pickups
· Compilation of monthly plans and sections
Essentially you need to have:
· Tertiary qualifications in surveying
· 2 years underground survey experience
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Surpac experience
