Description
· Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Contribute to the improvement of metallurgical processes
· Provide technical advice and guidance in metallurgical testing
· Report on metallurgical or process issues and make recommendations to the Senior Metallurgist on how to resolve/correct the issues
· Evaluate and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
Qualifications
· Degree in Metallurgy or similar
· Three (3) years experience
· Knowledge of the principles and methods used in metallurgical and processing analysis
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Flotation Experience an advantage.
