The position involves:
· Mentoring less experienced metallurgists
· Metallurgical accounting
· Overseeing projects to help maintain plant efficiency and recovery
· Trouble shooting to maintain the plant at optimum levels.

· Tertiary qualification from a recognised academic institution is a must with the above mentioned experience needed.
