Are you a Lead Mechanical Engineer looking to step up or already a Principal Mechanical Engineer looking for a chance to breathe again ?
Reporting to the Engineering Manager in Perth , you will primarily be managing and guiding the team to achieve project deliverables , within budget & time frame requirements .
We need you to have the ability to work autonomously whilst supervising several design teams - not that we`re looking for the impossible !
Your background as a Mechanical Engineer must encompass extensive experience involving mineral processing plants as you`ll be working as the MPWC ( Main Person What Counts ! ) across a number of studies/projects in this arena .
Ideally we would like you to :
• Be a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer
• Have at least 15 years experience
• Good design skills
• Good management skills
• Be a team orientated person
