We are a successful recruitment company based in Melbourne and Sydney specialising in IT permanent and contract placements. With a portfolio of well known local and International clients, some with whom we deal with exclusively, we are currently looking to expand our team to cope with the increasing volume of business. Interested candidates will have immediate access to a warm desk with a number of ongoing vacancies with established clients; the need for business development will be minimal but always needed.
We do not work to KPIs and there is no minimum number of calls to make each day. We certainly expect our consultants to hit target, but we allow the freedom to use individual initiative and encourage new ideas and methods of working.
Due to the growth in our IT business, we are currently looking for experienced IT recruiters. Candidates will need to be professional in their approach with a good standard of education and a proven track record in resourcing and placing IT personnel.
We would consider experienced recruiters from alternate non-IT markets that are willing to develop their knowledge within the IT Market as we are more then happy to train within IT
We offer a great basic salary together with an excellent commission structure, free of thresholds and paying up to 40%, which ensures results do not go unrewarded.
