Qualifications & experience required:

• A relevant degree or qualification in construction with onsite experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the construction industry.
• Have a proven track record on projects within the commercial space.
• A work ethic founded in good communication skills, responsiveness and diligence.
• Good computer skills.
• Estimation skills with programs such as Cubit.
